By creating an account, downloading, or using Mystic Numbers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including guests, registered users, and premium subscribers.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• Using the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Transferring, sublicensing, or reselling access to the App.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Using cheats, bots, automation software, or exploits.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise the App.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Spamming, phishing, or soliciting other users.
• Manipulating in-game economies or engaging in real-money trading of virtual items outside authorized channels.

All content, graphics, audio, code, and materials in the App are owned by Tribewarez or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content without our prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Virtual items and account progress have no monetary value and will not be compensated upon termination, except as required by applicable law.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribewarez, Triptribe Recordings, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tribewarez is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
