The App may support optional Web3 features, including connecting a compatible crypto wallet and making micro-payments on supported blockchain networks (for example, Solana and/or TribeChain) to unlock digital items, tips, boosts, or other in-App utilities (collectively, "Web3 Features").
What we may collect for Web3 Features
When you use Web3 Features, we may process: your public wallet address(es), connected wallet type, blockchain transaction signatures/hashes, timestamps, network identifiers, and basic payment metadata (e.g., item purchased, amount, and status). We may also associate these records with your in-App account for customer support, fraud prevention, and delivery of digital goods.
What we do not collect
We do not request, collect, or store your wallet seed phrase, private keys, or full custody credentials. Wallet approvals and signatures are performed in your wallet application/provider.
On-chain data is public
Blockchain networks are public systems. Transactions and wallet addresses may be visible to anyone and can be indexed by third parties. We cannot delete, edit, or control data written to a blockchain.
Service providers used for Web3 connectivity
To enable Web3 Features, we may use third-party infrastructure such as RPC node providers, blockchain APIs, and wallet connectivity libraries. These providers may process network requests (which can include IP address and device/browser information) to deliver blockchain data and submit transactions.
Micro-payments, fees, and reversals
Micro-payments may be irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Network fees (and any applicable service fees) may apply. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in-App, we generally cannot reverse or “charge back” blockchain transactions. If a digital item is not delivered due to a technical issue, we may attempt redelivery or provide an equivalent in-App remedy, as applicable.
Fraud prevention & compliance
We may monitor Web3 transactions and related activity to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. This may include flagging suspicious activity and restricting access to Web3 Features where appropriate.
Note: Web3 Features are optional. You can use most App functionality without connecting a wallet, unless a feature explicitly requires it.

Data Retention

Chat messages are stored for 90 days before automatic deletion. Account data is retained until you request deletion of your account. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@tribewarez.com and we will delete the information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified Policy.
